Fund Processing Policies
Mix Funds
Mix funds are subject to internal review. Blended deposits from various sources may require additional verification before withdrawal processing is approved.
Bank Guarantee
All transactions involving a Bank Guarantee hold a processing and clearing period of 2 days (2d).
Stock Transactions
Funds deposited or generated through stock operations are subject to a mandatory hold/clearing period of 30 days (30d).
Gaming Funds
Revenues or balances classified under gaming activities will be held for a processing period of 30 days (30d) before becoming available for withdrawal.
RAT Processing
Operations falling under RAT (Rapid Action) require a standard clearing time of 1 day (1d).
Account Freezing
If your account is frozen due to policy violations, suspicious activity, or pending verification, all transactions will be temporarily suspended.
